Note on the Original Author

Most of what is written in this section either comes directly from Martina Soderlund's master's thesis or is an expansion on her original ideas. Her efforts in the areas of sustainability, green construction and the like have inspired those involved with her thesis to become more involved in these areas. Many thanks and much credit are due Martina.
